I absolutely loved the Detox Program. I didn’t have the same side effects that some detox methods have like extreme cramping or pain in the stomach. This was great because it did not interrupt my day. After the 15 days, my abdomen was flatter, my digestive system was working better, and I felt lighter.

I didn't get my initial weight recorded but I was at 222 lbs. My ending weight was 203.7. My biggest obstacle is my traveling. But I did well... I would add a few pounds but would drop them once I return. This was an awesome challenge.. I would recommend everyone interested in losing weight the right way to accept this challenge...

For me, exercising has never been an issue. I exercise 5-6 days a week, & I love it. However, trying to eat healthily became confusing with all of the various options (Paleo, Whole30, Keto, etc). This really provided me with the tools to prepare simple healthy meals that taste good and begin my journey towards a nutritious lifestyle.
